As an early celebration of Halloween, Rotarians dressed up in their best costumes for the Oct 28 Rotary Luncheon at Shadowbrook. The membership voted for the 2 best costumes. Witch Laura Charles was the winner with Jim Welch in his uniform from 70 years ago in second place.
