Deb Shurtleff was the guest speaker at our Oct 22 Rotary Lunchon at Shadowbrook. Deb is the President of Cloverknoll LLC, which offers shared space for wellness professionals in Tunkhannock.

Cloverknoll and Wyo Cty Chamber of Commerce (WCCC) have gotten together to revitalize the Wyo Cty Community Alliance, whose mission statement is: “connects and educates organizations who strengthen Wyoming County communities”. The Alliance will support and introduce the non-profit organizations to businesses, and they can provide service together.
One of the Alliance Programs is the Food Emergency Distribution (FED) Program, which is a collaboration of Wyo Cty agencies. There has been 15% to 25% food insecurity since the pandemic began. There is a signup at WCCC alliance (https://wyccc.com/alliance/) for families/individuals to receive hot meals, school lunches, baby and infant supplies and groceries during the COVID-19 pandemic this fall and winter. They also need volunteers to deliver the food.
