Donna Fetzko is  a yoga instructor. Yoga is an ancient tradition.  A key element is proper breathing. You establish a mind-body connection by focusing on how you breath while turning off the outside world. Yoga has been shown to be helpful for stress relief and blood pressure and improves balance and flexibility. It can also help with chronic illness and sleep disorders. You can build bone strength & improve balance with some poses. Do yoga 10-15 min per day and you will feel better in several weeks.
 

Donna teaches chair yoga at the Dietrich Theater and at her studio. She led the members through a series of chair yoga exercises.
