Recently Cathy Franko, Director of H.A.N.D.S. of Wyoming County, spoke to the Tunkhannock Rotary about their summer FANS camp. The 6-week camp is for children 5-12 years of age from low income families or who have disabilities.
As a result of the very successful 2017 Rotary Harvest & Wine Festival, Rotary presented HANDS with a total of $5,000 toward the 2018 FANS camp.
