At the Feb 15 Rotary Luncheon, Norm Kelly was awarded his Paul Harris +3 pin by Club Rotary Foundation Chair Al Noble. For every $1,000 that a Rotarian donates to the Rotary Foundation, they receive a pin with different numbers and types of gemstones to indicate their level of support of the Foundation.
