Mike Donahue, Director of Human Services, was the guest speaker at the Oct 15 Rotary Luncheon at Shadowbrook. Mike spoke about the breadth of programs offered by Human Services including: various programs to help those with drug and alcohol abuse issues, a variety of mental health programs, Children and Youth services, food and home insecurities and many others.
Mike commented that there are several Rotarians helping with many of the endeavors of Human Services. He finished his presentation with this comment: “As human beings, we need to invest in human beings.”.
