The Thursday November 14 Flash Meeting was held at Father Nallin Hall. Chef Thomas Kotch demonstrated how to properly carve and serve a turkey and Pastry Chef Sisile Maruzzelli taught how to make scones. Members and their guests learned new skills for this holiday season!
