Despite the rain on May 18, which was Rotary’s Day of Service as well as Armed Forces Day, Rotarians, along with representatives from the American Legion and other local organizations, placed approximately 800 flags on veteran’s graves at Sunnyside Cemetery in Tunkhannock.
