At the Nov 29 Rotary Luncheon, guest speaker Ed Gallagher from the West End Rotary spoke about Operation Warm. This is a program to provide winter coats to children in need for approximately $20 per coat. Ed brought one of the coats for members to see the high quality of the coats and their design.
