Donna LaBar was the guest speaker at our Sept 16 Rotary Luncheon at Shadowbrook Inn & Resort.  Donna is a Health Transformation Coach Certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and author of the book Simple. Natural. Healing.
She spoke about the 3 Pillars of Health to help get the body back into alkalinity: 
  1. How we eat and hydrate: balance minerals and water.  
  2. Who we surround ourselves with to achieve a resonance of peace.
  3. Doing things that we love to get into a state of rest and digest.
