2019 Halloween Hat Fun

At the Oct 31 Rotary Meeting, Rotarians were invited to wear their favorite Halloween Hats. The top 3 finalists, Sandy, Patty and Mike were chosen by a panel of judges and the ultimate winner, Mike Markovitz was chosen by the most applause from those present.
