Teri McCloskey Spoke at the Mar 2 Rotary Meeting

The feature speaker for the Mar 2 Rotary Club Luncheon was Teri McCloskey from Healthy Family Partnership. Teri spoke about the services to pregnant mothers and new babies provided by the Partnership by visiting registered nurses. They help ensure the mother is healthy and that the babies are safe with the parents developing appropriate support networks.

 

The Partnership has introduced an new Safety Initiative that provides new car safety seat to new moms before the baby is born. The rear facing seats can support babies up to 35 lbs. They are currently seeking donations for pay for up to 12 seats per year at approximately $75 per seat.
