Max Introduced to Tunkhannock Rotary Club

At our Apr 13 Rotary Luncheon, the club had the opportunity to meet Max, a beautiful 16 month old German shepherd, along with his owner Rotarian Rich Seaberg. Max and Rich are training for drug detection, explosive detection, and search and rescue for lost people. Max is not associated in any way with law enforcement, they are a private team. They train 4 days per week. A German shepherd's sense of smell is 20,000 times better than that of humans. Training continues for the life of the dog.
