Tunkhannock Rotary had the honor of hearing from Wyo Cty Judge Russell Shurtleff at our Sept 28 lunch meeting at Purkey's Pink Apple. Judge Shurtleff spoke about the Wood Yard Project, the special courts (DUI, Drug Treatment and Veterans) in our county and about the sentencing guidelines that he needs to follow in issuing fines and jail sentences on convicted individuals.
